STAFF AUGMENTATION
nTech Workforce has been successfully providing staff augmentation services for 15 years. We support Fortune 100 contingent labor programs operating within outsourced and in-house MSP/VMS models. nTech has achieved notoriety and success in these programs due to our emphasis on quality and partnership. Our Client Relations Department was established to serve as a counterpart to our MSP partners. Their primary purpose is to be a trusted advisor for our clients, while advocating for their expectations internally. Unique to the industry, Client Relations sits outside of Business Development and Talent Acquisition in this matrixed model. Successful outcomes are measured by client satisfaction and scorecard performance – not by new job orders or weekly submission totals.
Our experienced team possesses fluency with a variety of VMS platforms, such as Beeline, IQNavigator, Fieldglass, and Workday. As a metrics and data centric organization, we value the capabilities of these VMS tools and work diligently to uncover the information we need to perform. We are experts at leveraging the reporting modules of these VMS tools for engaging our recruiting team and the candidate pools. This expertise allows nTech to grow our partnership with our MSP clients by engaging them for collaboration and counsel – not to constantly seek information already provided to us.
